Notemaker turns meeting transcripts into action items with owners and deadlines and creates them in Jira, with status synced both ways.

What syncs

  • Creates a Jira issue per approved task with summary, description (including the meeting quote), assignee, priority and due date.
  • Status changes in Jira (to Done) mark the task done here; reminders stop.

How to set it up

  1. developer.atlassian.com → Create → OAuth 2.0 integration.
  2. Permissions: Jira API with read:jira-work, write:jira-work, read:jira-user, manage:jira-webhook.
  3. Authorization: set the callback URL below.
  4. In Notemaker: Connect, then Settings → Load → pick the default project → Save. Webhooks register automatically on a public URL.
