Every promise made in a meeting gets done.
Notemaker is an AI meeting follow-up tool. It finds the action items in your meetings, gives each an owner and a deadline, puts them in Jira, Notion, GitHub or your tool of choice, and reminds people until they're done. Works in English, Hindi and Hinglish.

How it works
From a meeting to a finished task in three steps
Capture the meeting, approve what the AI found, and let the system follow up in the tools your team already uses.
1. Capture the meeting
A bot joins Google Meet, Zoom or Teams under a visible name and posts a recording notice. Or paste a transcript, or upload audio.
2. Approve in one click
Every task shows the exact quote and a confidence score. Unclear owners and dates are flagged for you, never guessed.
3. Synced and followed up
Tasks land in your tool. Mark one done there and it's done here, and reminders stop.
Follow-through
Reminders with manners, escalation with context
⏰ Due tomorrow: Send API docs to partners
“main kal tak bhej dunga” · Weekly product sync
Reminders where your team already talks
Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Discord, Google Chat, Telegram or email. Working hours, quiet hours and time zones are respected.
Escalates before it slips
Overdue tasks nudge the owner, then notify the organizer. A weekly report shows promises made versus kept, by person.
“Postpone the mobile release to next month” · Anita, Weekly product sync
A decision log you can search
Every decision from every meeting, with who decided and where. Assistants can query it too through the MCP server.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is Notemaker?
Notemaker is an AI meeting follow-up tool: it turns meeting transcripts and recordings into action items with owners and deadlines, syncs them to Jira, Notion, GitHub, Linear and other tools, and reminds people until the work is done, in English, Hindi and Hinglish.
How does it turn a meeting into action items?
It reads the transcript, finds real commitments (not discussion), and records for each one a title, owner, deadline, priority, a confidence score and the exact sentence it came from. Relative dates like “Friday” or “kal tak” are converted to calendar dates using the meeting date. If the owner or deadline is unclear it leaves the field empty and flags the task for review instead of guessing.
Does it work with Hindi and Hinglish meetings?
Yes. Transcription and extraction handle English, Hindi (Devanagari) and Hinglish (Hindi written in Latin script, mixed with English), including meetings where speakers switch languages mid-sentence.
How does the meeting bot work, and will people know it's there?
A bot called “Notemaker Bot (recording)” joins Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams in a browser as a named participant, records the audio, and posts a recording notice in the meeting chat. The host admits it like any guest (invite its email to skip the waiting room). You can also paste a transcript or upload an audio file instead of using the bot.
Which tools does it connect to?
Task tools: Jira, Notion, GitHub Issues, Linear, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, Todoist and Google Sheets, synced both ways (mark a task done in Jira and it's done here). Messaging: Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Discord, Google Chat, Telegram and email. Calendars: Google Calendar and Outlook. There is also a REST API, signed webhooks and an MCP server.
How does it follow up on tasks?
Owners are reminded 24 hours before the deadline and on the due date, nudged when a task is overdue, and the meeting organizer is notified after 48 hours. Reminders respect each person's working hours, quiet hours and time zone, and stop automatically when the task is done.
Is it free?
The Free plan includes 5 meetings a month and one integration. Pro is $12 per user per month (₹799) with unlimited meetings, all integrations and WhatsApp reminders. Business is $25 per user per month (₹1,999) and adds analytics, an audit log and data-retention policies.
Is my meeting data secure?
Transcripts and integration tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, access is role-based (Admin, Member, Viewer), and every change is written to an audit log. You can export all your data, delete transcripts or whole meetings at any time, and (on Business) set automatic retention. API keys are stored hashed.
How is Notemaker different from a plain AI notetaker?
A notetaker produces a summary. Notemaker is built around what happens afterwards: assigning an owner and deadline to each commitment, putting it in the tool your team already uses, reminding people until it is finished, escalating when it slips, and reporting promises made versus promises kept.
Can developers build on it?
Yes. There is a REST API with an OpenAPI spec, HMAC-signed webhooks for task and meeting events, and an MCP server so assistants such as Claude and Cursor can list, create and complete tasks. Zapier, Make and n8n work through the webhooks and API.
