Notemaker turns meeting transcripts into action items with owners and deadlines and creates them in Notion, with status synced both ways.

What syncs

  • Adds a row to your tasks database with Name, Status, Owner, Due and Priority (property names are configurable).
  • Status changes in Notion sync back.

How to set it up

  1. notion.so/my-integrations → New integration → type Public, set the redirect URI below.
  2. Make a tasks database with Name (title), Status (status/select), Owner (people), Due (date), Priority (select), and share it with the integration.
  3. Connect, pick the database as the default project. Rename properties under Field mapping if yours differ.
