Notemaker turns meeting transcripts into action items with owners and deadlines and creates them in Todoist, with status synced both ways.

What syncs

  • Creates a Todoist task with priority, due date and (for shared projects) assignee.
  • Completing it in Todoist completes it here.

How to set it up

  1. Todoist App Management console → create an app; set the OAuth redirect URL to the one below.
  2. Connect and choose the default project. Todoist webhooks are configured in the same console (watch item:completed, item:uncompleted, item:deleted) pointing at the webhook URL shown in Integrations; the hourly sync catches anything missed.
