Notemaker connects to WhatsApp so your team gets meeting summaries, task reminders and follow-ups where they already work.

What syncs

  • Sends reminders to owners' WhatsApp numbers via Twilio; replying 1, 2 or 3 marks done, snoozes or asks for help.

How to set it up

  1. Twilio Console → WhatsApp sender (or sandbox). Set 'When a message comes in' to the URL below.
  2. Each person adds their number in Settings → My profile. Replying 1 = Done, 2 = Snooze, 3 = Need help updates the task.
